Torque Wrench Inspection

In precision assembly and service operations, torque wrenches play a critical role. They ensure controlled and accurate application of torque, which directly influences the safety, performance, and reliability of bolted joints. Our service includes comprehensive verification of torque wrenches, providing assurance that these tools operate in accordance with applicable standards and maintain full functional capability.
How is the Torque Wrench Inspection Process Conducted?
Our torque wrench inspection process includes the following stages:
- Technical Condition Assessment – an initial inspection is carried out to assess the general technical condition of the torque wrench and identify any potential mechanical defects or wear.
- Verification – the wrench is then verified at the specified torque values by comparison with nominal reference values required by the relevant standards.
- Calibration (if applicable) – in cases where verification results do not meet the acceptance criteria, we assess the possibility of performing calibration and adjustment to restore compliance.
- Test Report – upon completion of the verification process, a test report is issued, confirming the wrench’s performance and including the measurement results.
