We invite you to take advantage of our professional metal chemical composition testing services using advanced techniques and instruments, such as X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry (XRF), which enables Positive Material Identification (PMI).
Our company specializes in performing mobile measurements that allow clients to quickly and accurately determine the chemical composition of metals.
In our laboratory, we use two mobile methods — XRF and OES. By combining both techniques, we are able to gather the most comprehensive information about the material.
This makes our testing exceptionally precise and allows for an instant assessment of material quality, without the need for sampling or transportation to the laboratory.
Mobile XRF Measurements
With XRF (X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry) technology, our mobile measurements enable fast and non-destructive determination of the chemical composition of metals. The XRF device uses X-ray radiation to analyze the sample, providing real-time results.
Mobile OES Spectrometry
We also use a mobile OES (Optical Emission Spectrometry) spectrometer. This instrument allows us to perform chemical composition testing directly in the field, without cutting samples — only by polishing their surface. The operating principle of this device is the same as that of our laboratory spectrometer, where atom excitation occurs through an electrical spark.
