Work environment assessments are essential for obtaining information about the conditions in which employees perform their duties. This enables the implementation of appropriate personal protective equipment and technical solutions that support compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Workplace Lighting Assessments

We offer testing of lighting intensity and uniformity of electric lighting, allowing for the evaluation of lighting quality in workplaces in accordance with the requirements of the PN-EN 12464-1 standard. Variable or insufficient lighting can negatively affect employees’ eyesight and work comfort. Our assessments allow us to identify areas requiring improvement to ensure optimal lighting conditions in the workplace.

How Often Should Work Environment Assessments Be Conducted?

The frequency of work environment assessments is defined in the applicable regulations specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 2 February 2011 on tests and measurements of health-hazardous factors in the work environment.

Work environment testing must be carried out when introducing a new activity or when changes occur in production processes. These assessments aim to thoroughly evaluate potential hazards and the condition of the work environment, providing essential data for analysis and corrective actions.

Today, ensuring employee safety, well-being and protecting the natural environment are becoming increasingly important. Our offer includes workplace noise assessments, which allow companies to evaluate working conditions that affect employee health and efficiency. Our tests are a key element in maintaining employee health and safety. They also help employers fulfil the obligation to conduct workplace noise measurements resulting from the Regulation of the Minister of Health.

Noise Assessments and Its Impact on Employees

Noise in the workplace can cause stress, fatigue, and health issues among employees. During noise assessments, we use modern measuring equipment to evaluate noise emitted in the work environment. Based on the results, we prepare a report containing information on noise levels measured in dB, as well as the multiple of the maximum permissible noise level at the workstation.
